Faction System

 

there is no government there are no military .. the chain of command is  who ever is the strongest in the faction rules it .. 

 

there are no set factions they rise as People want them to ..  the world has Tribes which was the way it started in the first place . 

 

there is no high ruler to all people  of Oblivion . it was tried once  but the ruler forgot these where no mere humans so he was over thrown .. mostly he was eaten  alive by different tribes . but well we dont like to talk about that .. bad memories .. a dark laugh heard in the shadows .
