Races used here and what started it all
Tx Virus code named Oblivion . this Virus was designed to greatly enhance human soldiers aswell as keep them alive if they had a loss of blood even revive them from the dead. Derived from the true vampires (very rare creature) though with the many genetic alteration and lack of proper testing this virus turned out having a wide range of effects as with different gene structure's it reacted differently .. with the advancment of humans different genes where released within there bodies. but those with weak immune systems where not enhanced by the virus .. testing had not found this out yet when a containment breach happened with the overloading of a nuclear reactor. the test tubes of this virus shattered as the virus was greatly altered to be able to adapt it became an air born Virus . and the virus was able to grow at an immense level. thus infecting the entire state of new york within 3 days . most of the inhabitants of that state where turned zombie .. while a small amount of the people in the state seemed to have no effects from the virus though this wasnt the case .. it just took longer second creatures to come to existance from the Virus where the Lycans which held a gene of (jh-zero) at first they where simply blood firsty mostly mindless in there hunger 3rd creature to come to existance where the Immortals (l2k-20 gene) . 4th as the virus derived from a true Vampire it took time but soon the very creature the virus derived from emerged once more Vampires (ZX-70 gene) roamed the earth in numbers again . few humans remain immune to such virus unless ofcourse there bitten by one of the 4 above creatures still little however is known about this virus.
Highlighted gene combos decide what your character will become if it turns due to the air born virus ( the gene codes would be best to have on your character sheet . however the only case in which these gene notes do not mean anything would be if bitten by a vampire or Lycan directly
vampires
Vampires are biologically immortal transgenics, as opposed to supernaturally immortal demons also known as hemovores, meaning that they feed on blood. Vampires in the series suffer from a highly aggressive and acute form of photo-sensitivity; they are allergic to the ultraviolet radiation inherent in natural sunlight. Just looking into indirect sunlight hurts their eyes. While they are highly vulnerable to ultraviolet radiation, Vampires do not possess any of the mystical weaknesses of mythological Vampires (crosses, holy water, garlic, stakes, etc).however the bite of a lycan is toxic to them and can kill them if not tended to only a small percent can handle it though genetic mutations may occur. the bite of a zombie they are immune to however the Vampires are cold-blooded and have low body temperatures. Like Lycans, Vampires are capable of transforming their physical appearance when agitated, however, their transformation is relegated to their eyes and teeth. In their normal or "relaxed" state, a Vampire's appearance remains un-distinguishable from a normal human's, except that they permanently sport overgrown eye teeth and pale skin. When they become upset, their canines elongate, and their eyes turn to either a startling shade of electric blue or bright gold. Vampire's here are not undead in addition Vampires are shown with retractable canine teeth on their lower jaws aswell. Despite their immortality and regenerative abilities, Vampires can die from severe physical trauma, including decapitation or destruction of their hearts. Only a small fraction of the human population can be turned into Vampires, as most humans die from infection of the Vampire virus within an hour of being bitten.
The Vampire virus causes biological changes in the hosts that endows them with heightened senses and greatly increased physical abilities. Vampires possess superhuman physical powers, including strength, speed, agility, reflexes, endurance, durability and accelerated healing. they hold enough speed to evade gunfire, Their raw strength is sufficient to single-handedly lift a grown man off the ground with ease. Certain Vampires also display the ability to obtain memories through blood ingestion. Vampires are shown exhibiting tremendous strength and speed, which they use to engage Lycans and humans, Machines , Immortals, and Zombies in combat. Their strength increases with age.It can be assumed that all Vampires possess various degrees of these abilities, depending on their age and experience. Their heightened senses manifest in acutely increased depth perception, sense of smell, hearing, and night vision which manifests as electric blue or golden eyes. through ingestion of the blood of an Immortal a vampire may gain ability to survive the sunlight .
Vampires are able to rarely reproduce with other Vampires, creating a pure-blooded Vampire who inherits the sum of both their parents' Vampire strains, making them more powerful than others of their species. Vampires are also able to reproduce with Lycans, though is a rarity (in normal myth Vampires are not living creatures they are undead here Vampires are alive. It is unknown if Vampires are able to reproduce with humans, although it is likely possible. however they can breed with Immortals though keep in mind all are known enemies only will they consort if it is to go against the Machines or the zombies though keep in mind a well aged Vampire will out do a young one anyday
lycans
Lycans are biologically immortal transgenics,carnivores, meaning that they feed on meat. They have even been shown to be somewhat cannibalistic, as they will feed off of humans and Vampires, despite the close relation they bare to both species.the Lycans are warm-blooded and have high body temperatures. Lycans, in their Werewolf form, are colorblind. In their novelized Werewolf forms, Lycans foam at the mouths, much like a rabid animal. They also do not appear to have whiskers. Lycans are depicted as being highly allergic to silver.their eyes are also shown to be sensitive to any glare of light off of a silver surface.Lycans' eyes are shown to change into a cloudy deep blue when they are partially transformed their eyes are described as changing into a solid cobalt blue, but also they have been known to be deep red . or solid black eyes As with all Immortals, Lycans become stronger and more powerful with age, both physically and socially. Other factors can also effect their strength; such as feeding. A well-fed Lycan will recover faster than a Lycan who has not fed for some time. Lycans who regularly overindulge will usually take mere moments to recover depending on the severity of the wounds. In contrast to Lycans who are turned, Lycans who are born, rather than becoming weaker with every generation, actually inherit the total sum of the strengths of both parents' Lycanthropy strains, and thus become stronger generation-wise.
Lycans display inhuman physical strength, speed, reflexes, endurance and agility comparable to their vampire counterparts. These traits seem to apply to Lycans even when in human form, Even in their human forms, Lycans also demonstrate other feats of superhuman strength, reflexes and agility, such as catching crossbow bolts in midair, jumping extremely high and overpowering both humans and vampires in physical combat. It is very likely that they can enter a state of hibernation and survive without blood or oxygen for centuries. They possess enhanced senses of smell, hearing and sight that are superior even to those of wolves, not just humans, and are also able to sense Vampires in close proximity to themselves. It should be noted that when in their Werewolf forms they are stronger than when in human form, able to break through solid concrete walls, and seem to be stronger than most young Vampires, as every hand-to-hand confrontation between the two races under normal circumstances has ended with a Lycan victory, Lycans can also use their claws and strength to scale sheer surfaces, having been seen to crawl along walls at great speed in pursuit of prey. They possess the ability to land on their feet without harm when falling from great heights,Lycans also possess superb physical resilience and remarkable regenerative abilities: Their recovery abilities are hampered by the presence of silver in their bodies. However, to older Lycans, the silver is rarely fatal.old lycans display the ability to force silver bullets out of there body through muscle strength, or through forced healing.the silver is fatal if it penetrates the internal organs. Silver is the Lycans' only weakness, as they seem to be violently allergic to it. the older a Lycan becomes in age, the more control they can exert over their transformation, to the point that they can change at will, possessing full mental control of their wolf form. In their wolf form, Lycans also have access to powerful jaws and razor-sharp fangs and claws, making them deadly close-quarters combatants.Despite their immortality and regenerative abilities, Lycans can die from severe physical trauma without silver, such as decapitation or destruction of the heart. though if there blood is injected into a human or they bite a human which has become infected by a zombie the lycans virus overcomes the zombie infection and in turn the human in question will become a lycan which is far better then being a zombie this has to happen within the 24 hour period after being bit by a zombie
as the viral strains of lycans are incompatible with Vampires and destroy there blood at the cellular level. The viruses seem to transfer through the saliva of each species,
Immortals
Immortals are superhumans who carry a virus granting them eternal youth and life, unless they die by violence. Loosely speaking, this can collectively refer to Vampires and Lycans, but strictly speaking, a true "Immortal" has the immortality virus with none of the animal genetic fusions. Immortals would seem to not be very different from normal humans. though they hold 90% brain function they use psionics, they can manipulate most forms of matter, and have control over there bodies able to shape shift , they hold none of the weakness a vampire or Lycan hold and they are immune to virus's Immortals are the purest creature found here and can go toe to toe with the strongest vampires or Lycans . out of all they are the smartest creature on the planet
Immortals come into variants, each one is accustomed to a certain type of element. Within their own element, they are capable of absorbing that element into their bodies. The limit varies on how progressed into their bodies and how the virus furthered mutate them.
Though capable shifting their bodies that would give them advance regeneration capabilities, it comes to a limit of the amount of their element in their bodies, simple damage repair won’t consume as much, but repairing full functioning body parts
Other immortals are capable of absorbing other of their species through an act of assimilation. The act is near as cannibalism, taking on the part of the virus in their body into their own. While this increases their own power. This also mutates the virus itself by taking in strong parts of the virus and putting it into itself. This increases the range of abilities any immortal have, even mutating old ones.

Humans
Over the years, humans have mostly avoided the Immortal species, mostly believing that Vampires and Lycans (Werewolves) were not real. But most humans that do encounter specimens end up becoming either one or dying. but now thats all changed and humans normal fear them Both of the Vampire and Lycan species can trace their origins to a human family that carried a rare genetic mutation. Due to this mutation, some members of this human family were able to become Immortals, beginning the Vampire and Lycan bloodlines. obviously from the previously mentioned gene codes Very few Vampires or Lycans are born Immortal, with most having once been human. humans have 75% brain capacity. Psionic capable . more dependant on high tech weapons then the other races. they have learned to be elusive they can detect machines from over 4 miles away as they are able to control and seek out radio waves , electromagnetic waves . through adaptation the humans have gained simular ways of detection to that of a shark . which means they have electro reception a trained human can even detect other biological beings within the area . in other words they survive by avoiding there enemies. though Humans never give up and are very relentless with there technology through exoskeletal enhanced physical aid and the ability to build things very well . normally when one is found they are kept as Human until they earn there way to being turned to whatever creatures they have aided .. other races can build just aswell but the humans are more dependent on tech
Hybrids
in this section we will be talking about Hybrids though simular to UNDERWORLD no copy right infringment is intended as they are different in many different ways and are a bi product of the Virus aswell roleplay here will be based on creativity
Vampire dominant side hybrind
A Hybrid who was a Vampire first, on the other hand, has more physical attributes portraying its chiropteran 'ancestry'. While it shares the black eyes, grey skin, Lycan talons and musculature of a Lycan-dominant Hybrid, a Vampire-dominant Hybrid has noticeably bat-like ears flattened into its head, a bat-like nose, no hair at all, and taloned, retractable wings if it is indeed a first generation Vampire which has become a hybrid . but also must be a vampire who can survive the erratication of its blood cells from the bite of a lycan . an injection of silver in liquid form is the most well known method as it balances out the reactions a vampire has to the virus . inturn forcing the change. or Diableration of a hybrid vampire may also result in the change but this method is highly unlikely as hybrid vampires are way stronger then the normal ones but it can happen.
Vampire-Immortal Strain Hybrid acquire the abilities of a True Vampire Elder, including heightened strength and speed as well as the ability to withstand sunlight. The Immortal Strain also increases there healing factor, also combining the abilities of an immortal with a vampire which gives full immunity to the bite of lycan Their eyes turn from blue to white while in their hybrid form. can be done through the drinking of an immortals blood but is no small amount.
Lycan Dominant Hybrid
A Hybrid with a Lycan dominant side resembles a Lycan in appearance. However, their faces are only slightly elongated, and their eyes are completely black. Their ribcages are also slightly extended. They have little or no fur and black skin they will hold the hair they have as a human only. These Hybrids have the talons and animalistic posture of a Lycan. They also possess the Lycan's signature roar. there resistance to silver increases greatly . there control over there body greater . and with ease could weild a weapon
Naturally born Vampire and Lycan Hybrid
Someone naturally born from a Vampire and a Lycan may display yet a different set of characteristics. much more complex muscle structure then a mere human there abdomen will show a twelve pack they would be extremely superior in there human form . yet there beast form would be slightly larger there skin would become black blue streaks would indicate there veins there hands would become clawed two claws would be formed from between there knuckles and would be up 8" in length and used for punching they would be retractable . a single sickle like claw between the big toe and foretoe also retractable and there agility and strength would surpass a normal lycan or a vampire showing immunity to the weakness of both races

Lycan-Immortal Strain Hybrid
Lycan-Immortal Strain Hybrid when infused with the Immortal Strain, it greatly increases their strength strong enough to rip the chasis of a titanium robot in half, their size by 50% they would always shift to a dire form on average there about 16' to 20', their healing factor and loose their deadly allergy to silver.they become just as smart as an immortal using there brain aswell as there brawn there very tactical and very stealthy even with there size. however this can only happen from as many as 40 infusions of blood not from feeding on them this combines abilities of both immortals and lycans
Tri-Blood Hybrid
Tri-Blood Hybrid has been none of this type seen yet or recorded all three "types" (Vampire, Lycan, and Immortal Strain) in their blood. In their Hybrid form, their eyes are black, but still display the Vampiric blue irises which fade to red . there skin changes color and is white showing black veins and their lips change from pink to black there teeth form in rows and become needle like there fangs always larger and set as 4. However, at a quick glance, their appearance remains mostly human. they are able to survive twelve years without feeding. they are the most powerful Immortal's to have ever lived, most likely beyound a True Vampires strength rivaling even a Alpha Lycan Immortal Hybrids strength .psionic abilities with superior concentration they posses all three races abilities .. they hold the ability to control there blood they can make it toxic to all creatures or can they can use it to heal any creature they wish , even revert the zombie effect in cases which have been turned in no more then a week most likely siring them under its wing or turning them into blood slaves .. obviously this hybrid able to conduct blood magic .
Hybrids possess the combined abilities of both or more of their parent species, making them more powerful than either.
Superhuman Strength: Even newly sired Hybrids possess strength equal to or slightly above that of a Vampire Elder.
Superhuman Speed: Even having just turned, a Hybrid's speed surpasses that of both a Vampire and a Lycan, with their movements being the fastest of any immortal species.
Superhuman Endurance: Hybrids can sustain many punches, blows and other wounds by other superhumanly strong beings, while still being able to fight back.
Superhuman Agility: Hybrids have a higher level of agility than both Lycan and Vampires alike.
Superhuman Healing: Their regenerative abilities are much more powerful than normal Vampires and Lycans, allowing them to quickly heal from wounds and giving them total invulnerability to common allergies of silver and ultraviolet light. Hybrids even have the capacity to heal from death, given their bodies are still intact. However, this advanced healing factor is useless in cases of dismemberment.
we will allow races of Vampires from VTM here though they will be considered true vampires and will fall under the restrictions of VTM, Magic from VTM will be considered relevent here
but do keep in mind we prefer to keep such things as power play to a low amount
Devils and Demons
Devils :the gates of hell have been breached . Devils gaining free roam over the world no more war rages on between the heavens and hell as hell has won .. though Devils normally only will interfer with things of the material plane if they find benefit in such actions .. they are bound on the material plane to only be able to match the strength of there opponent if they get into a fight its there rule and they will not break it ..
Demons: are playable only through possesion of your character or an item you carry
Angels
Angels are far and few however they do sometimes allow others to see them .. however they are bound to match there opponents in combat just like the Devils .. also Angels should abide by there guidelines for they do not do much more then keep to there charge . most material plane Angels must be bound to a a vesel much in the way demons are
Character Machines
Machine play characters : yes you can now play as machines , rules of this are you must Role Play building whatever machine it is you wish to play .. however Machines listed as under control of central prime must be downed and reformated . you should role play out gathering the materials and if you are capturing a bot you must aswell rp that out .. keep in mind if you add to many options to a machine with out proper power out put they will have system failures . and none of the machines under central prime have a power system able to support more then 7 types of weapons or options ... contact Oblivion Admin with your machines concept
DRagons
Dragons will start there rp in the wilds of Rezlin once they have made there way to the portal of Rezlin and forsaken keep they may enter earth's playing field ... if within combat with a play character which is not dragon you must retain your human form . your dragons can be whatever age you wish them to be .. but no dragon may begin its its rp life on earth all must start in Rezlin . if are going to be playing a dragon contact Bladez.
